Multi-Program Resources

Casper

For students interested in taking the Casper test for professional or graduate school applications, this weinar can offer a lot of helpful insights and mock questions!

ABS Tracker

Can be used for any program requiring the ABS (MD, JD, etc.)! The excel template is curated for OMSAS, but can be used for general extra-curricular tracking for other graduate programs and career planning as well! Recommended by upper-year BHSc students as a helpful resource!

SketchRx is a free workspace that lets you create your OMSAS ABS in a clean and intuitive format. It gives you one central place to manage all 32 entries across the six OMSAS categories, complete with live character counters for every description. You can tag activities by CanMEDS roles to instantly map coverage and spot gaps in your application. You can also keep verifiers attached to each activity, and utilize built-in caps for uOttawa and Queen’s top-3 selections. When you're finished, everything can be copied field-by-field directly into the official OMSAS application.
